Custom Health Support (for ill dogs)

I had high hopes for this “custom” consultation, especially given the premium price and polished marketing. But what I received was underwhelming from the start. The initial plan was generic—same protein given for both meals with no real strategy for rotation or allergy testing. From there, the communication degraded fast. Every reply took 3–4 days and barely consisted of more than a sentence or two. When I asked for clarification or a final interchangeable recipe plan (after doing most of the elimination work myself), I got no reply at all.

We made real progress with our dog—but not because of this service. We had to fill in the gaps ourselves. This consultation felt more like paying for access to someone’s basic meal outline than receiving any meaningful support or individualized insight. If you’re expecting responsive, tailored guidance—especially for complex cases involving allergies and inflammation—you may want to look elsewhere.

We were very pleased with our resent consultation with Cam. He listened carefully to Ruby’s journey so far with her constant battle against unknown allergies, frequent UTI’s and resulting struvite crystals. She has suffered from a pup and is now 4 years old. She has had prescription medicines from the vets - Apoquel, Cytopoint, Atopica and various antibiotics and ear drops - to treat her symptoms and nothing has helped long term. We weren’t happy for her to be on these drugs and they weren’t helping her anyway. After some research, we decided to book a consultation with Cam to see if he could possibly help her.
As a starting point, Cam has produced a diet plan to determine which proteins Ruby can tolerate which will allow him to then devise a balanced meal plan for her. We are just about to transition her on to venison in its raw form - a first for Ruby so 🤞🏻 this goes well!
We do hope that Cam can find a solution to Ruby’s constant itching and licking by finding the right diet for her but we understand that this can take time and may not result in total relief for her. Either way, Cam’s approach makes more sense than continually masking the problem with medication after medication which is probably doing her more harm than good.

My aging dog’s mobility was starting to rapidly deteriorate. On top of that, he was recently diagnosed with laryngeal paralysis which makes breathing harder. The vet offered pain/anti-inflammatory meds but it felt like a band-aid approach. My sister recommended Cam after he helped her dog overcome kidney disease. I’m pleased to say that after nearly 4 weeks of Cam’s recommended diet changes my dog has more energy and mobility than he’s had in years! And though there’s no cure for laryngeal paralysis which, my dogs breathing is much better. It’s incredible what Cam’s simple diet changes did for my dog. We’re still in the testing phase, trying out different meats; but I’m confident it will only get better. Thanks, Cam!

Cam was a great help to me and my 3 yr old French bulldog. He is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly concluded the root of the problem. He was also kind enough to respond to follow up questions in a decent timeframe even though we were in different countries and time zones (I’m in San Francisco California). His recommendations quickly settled the digestive issues my pup was having. I highly recommend him no matter where you live!

In my opinion, Cam saved our Gia! We spent thousands of dollars at the vet to try to figure out what was wrong with her. She had problems breathing, especially at night. Her coat was not looking very good, and she just was not herself. She did not want to play anymore or go for walks. When we took her to the vet, they found that she had high blood pressure and an enlarged heart on both, the left and right side. After several tests and some very high vet bills, they found nothing! On the contrary, they put her on prescription medicine that almost killed her.

After speaking with Cam, he took his time to listen to all our concerns. He took the time to put together a meal plan tailored just for Gia. It's been two months since Gia has been on her new meal plan. At first it seemed time consuming to cook all that food, but now, my husband and I have it down to a science. We make meals for 10 days at a time. Gia has lost 3 lbs. She needed to lose weight to control her BP which was the cause of the enlarged heart. She is still on her high blood pressure medication, but her BP has stabilized considerably and her breathing is much better. Two months ago, her BP was still high, even on the meds. Oh, and the food! Gia LOVES it! I uploaded a video of her very first time chowing down her new food. She can't get enough of it. I can't thank Cam enough! My girl is playing, running around, and full of energy again!
