Hypoallergenic Recipes

Starting from scratch with my research, this book was a great place to start to home cooking complete meals for my dog. It gave me the confidence to make the jump! Informative suggestions for help with elimination trials, options for complete meals and comprehensive feeding guidelines. There's also alternatives for if you don't buy the supplements so it's really not trying to sell you anything else. You can get everything you need from this book for most dogs I imagine.
My only negative comment would be that because the requirements were in grams without a calorific value, it was laborious to convert it so I could incorporate other knowledge sources around alternatives for various nutritional needs.
I imagine Cam would be able to give this info if you were to book a consultation but I didn't quite have the budget for that so for my tweaks I have had to do some additional research and calculations to ensure there are no deficiencies as I move through the process of trialling ingredients.
Overall very happy with this purchase, it was worth the money.

Our dog Ghillie, has always had digestive problems from a puppy, I had tried preparing healthy food but lost confidence and the vet advised a hypoallergenic kibble which Our poor boy endured but we knew he hated. We then came across Cam and his YouTube videos and I purchased this book. By day 7 Ghillie was completely off the kibble, we are now on day 30 and our boy is so happy! He is eating the complete recipes, no tummy issues, full of energy...the results are amazing. We really cannot thank you enough Ghillie also loves your supplements. Thank you so much

I contacted Cam a few weeks ago in desperation after our Rottie had been ill with a severe bout of gastroenteritis last year he was put on a vet approved hypoallergenic kibble but yet he was still regularly vomiting and was very itchy. Cam gave some advice and recommended the hypoallergenic diet, I was apprehensive but started it properly 2 weeks ago and haven’t looked back. Our dog is salivating at his new dinners and is definitely less itchy. The reflux/ vomiting seem to have settled we the foods we have tried….I have omitted chicken for the time being as I think that was the problem and he is loving courgettes/ fish butternut squash and even the eggshell! If you told me 6 months ago he would being eating courgette rather than playing with it I would have laughed at you!! Thank you Cam!

I purchased the hypoallergenic plan for my Boston Terrier after repeated bouts of gastro issues. Her symptoms included bloody diarrhoea and repeated vomiting. Our vets sent us home with ‘hypoallergenic’ kibble which not only looked horrible it also had terrible ingredients. After trying and failing to get Bebe back onto raw I contacted Cam who recommended his hypoallergenic plan as he thought she may have an intolerance to something we’d been feeding her. I purchased it, followed it and never looked back! Cam was on hand to answer my questions which was of great help. Bebe is now on a fresh gently home cooked diet which she loves. We’ve had no gastro issues since we started around 6 months ago and we’re so happy to know that she’s getting everything she needs. Thanks Cam!

Finding this solution has been a game changer. Our dog is so much happier and healthier now.
